Purpose of Use
Square sieve provides great advantages for high capacity sifting works.
It creates error-free wide sifting surfaces in limited areas.
When necessary, maximum sifting surface can be provided with various types of cases.
It makes regular separations in broken bakery goods and various goods.
Working Areas
It is used successfully in wheat, corn, oat, pea, coffee, hazelnut flour and similar products.
Features & Advantages
- High sifting capacity can be obtained by using different frame heights and intermediate frames (spacers). In this way, below and above sifting paths can be adjusted.
- Effective sifting possibility at high capacities. It is possible to increase 22 % sifting area by using “G” type sifter boxes
- Each sifting cabin can accommodate up to 28 sifters.
- A special pressure-clamping device provides proper and tight closing of access doors,
- Two-way product flow,
- The sieves, square shaped and having an unchangeable structure, are made of first quality stable wood and are completely covered with laminated plastic (Formica),
- More sifting area is provided by changing the sieve frames position in right angle,
- Vertical and horizontal dividing possibility of sifting passages at any required level,
- Easy cleaning and maintenance possibility,
- Internally coated insulation panels to avoid condensation, if necessary,
- A large variety of standard and special sieves enable the arrangement of many sifting in order to meet any flow sheet demand.
Working Conditions
The goods coming to the first case with one or two entrances at the entrance of the passage move along the case and passage height, the material moves in maximum 7 types in normal and horizontally divided passages, 12 types in vertically divided passages, the separable calibrated parts move automatically from the inside of the case and between the cases and the body towards the exit, the exit case collects the goods and gives them to the lowest exit mouth.
The sieved material is given out from the exit pipes through the control pipe.
Each sieve passage has the possibility of using two entrances and two passages.
The sieve cases provide fast and easy maintenance by easily attaching and removing the telora frames to the passages.
The sieve structure has a smooth construction free of recesses and chambers that will harbor moths.
