The vibration effect is provided by vibration motors placed at the center of gravity of the machine. The grain feeding compartment and body mounted on rubber blocks transfer the product towards the middle section of the inlet by moving it with the vibration motors. The grain is separated by spreading it evenly over the entire surface of the sieve with the help of an adjustable regulation gate. If necessary, another adjustable regulation gate can be placed at the inlet of the sieve to provide better product flow. While the grain passes from the first sieve to the second, larger foreign particles or foreign materials are retained by the first sieve and directed to the coarse-waste discharge line. The remaining small-sized foreign materials and foreign particles passing through the second sieve are transferred to the fine-waste discharge line. The cleaned product is then transported to an air channel or a comb.
