Working Area
The product, with adjustable flow rate, is evenly distributed across the entire screen surface by a partition. The sieving process is carried out with three layers of mesh.
With an aerodynamic air channel and air adjustment valves, an equal vacuum is created across the entire screen surface. Products with an expanded surface area, such as bran and other residue, are suspended by vacuum and separated from the product, then pushed out through the outlet channel. The product (semolina) free from bran is classified by grain size through the sieves.
